Hoarding Coaching
What is hoarding?
Hoarding is the accumulation of objects others may deem worthless. It is clutter so severe it prevents or limits a space being used in it’s intended manner and discarding items tends to cause significant distress.

Hoarding is a complex disorder often associated with ADHD (Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), Depression and Social Anxiety Disorder or OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder).
Hoarding is a behavioural mental health condition, that with the correct support team, can be diagnosed and treated.
Clutter is a symptom of a larger issue. To ‘simply’ clear away the clutter does not “fix” a hoarding situation.
How can ReclaimYou help?
First things first, I want to make sure that you are safe in your home. Are exits clear? Are there working smoke alarms?
We arrange an initial inspection which is done face-to-face in the home. I want to meet you, I want to hear your story and I want you to feel safe in your home.

During a consultation, I will evaluate the space, looking at structure, animals, household functionality, health and safety and any PPE potentially required. We can discuss who will make up the ideal support team for your situation and what will happen upon the commencement of in-home sessions.
I always work alongside my clients and encourage you to have a trusted friend or family member for support. Know that throughout the process your thoughts and feelings truly matter and that you will be in control of the releasing process. The releasing process is not one that is rushed or pushed. I have many different strategies to help you and am excited to share these with you.
You are brave and if you are even just a little ready, I know you will do amazing things!
Payment can be made via cash, credit, direct debit and PayPal.
